Kick started in 2009, Greenhouse Energy was formed by Sam Price. A qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) who has bags of experience within the property sector and a real passion for creating energy efficient business.
In Warrington, my family run a highly successful Estate Agency which I have been a part of from a very young age. With the property market forever changing and the introduction of the EPC, I took the opportunity to develop my skill-set and began providing the certificates, brochures, photography and floor plans for each and every one of their listings.
Right now, my Greenhouse Energy team looks after a small but perfectly formed group of assessors who are able to maintain our popularity and the high level of customer service we have become so well known for.
