Its going to be totally unitarians so you don't need to worry about giving the house a spring clean. There are a number of different variables which need to be assessed in order to complete an EPC, our assessor will look the construction type, its size and age, heating systems, lighting, insulation and ventilation.

After the property inspection, our assessor will be armed with a chunk of information needed to generate your EPC scores and recommendations. The data is then calculated, tinkered with and inputted in to our specialised software which as if by magic, produces your EPC.
The EPC is then lodged with the Landmark Register, and is given its unique report reference number (RRN).

In the majority of cases, our assessor will ping over your EPC the same day which means you don't lose any time in your marketing and you get what you've paid for quick sharp. Our certificates are digital (.PDF) – This means they can be distributed and re-used an unlimited amount of times.
